sorry its been a while since we updated you but the deal is everything has been on hold

Theme of the month has been "I'll do it after I get my house"

The only way i can describe the feeling of buying a house, its like when you finally get your license when you turn 16..TIMES TEN.

Yup that microscopic spot is definelty owned by me. but wierd? yes very.

So for those of you who want the full details.. went to my appointment Nov 1, signed a bunch of papers. honestly they could have been like, okay ma'm this paper says that your firstborn child will be given to the owners of this house, pleas sign the highlighted line

and i woulda signed. I was just signening any formal document put in front of me.

Then my mortgage lender gave me a present!!Yaaay a big gift basket with candies and popcorn and whatnot. I got the key and im like its so pretty!!!and they all laughed and then we got a picture, my real estate agent gave me a present, I hugged both of them and happily skipped away. then i had to wait fot the whole thing to get "recorded" And my real estate agent called me and told me i could go in.

AND UNLOCKING THE DOOR???flippin coolest feeling in the whole wide world. Max and Bethany came over first, then later the other young kids. The thing to remember here is this is huge not just for lucia but for ALL the young kids here. Cause for a while we had no where. no where to go. and then we had this apartment but hey dont stomp and hey its quiet hours and hey our neighboors will complain. ANd now, we can have fires, we can be as loud as we want, we can stomp and not worry about the neighboors below us. i mean basicly the only rules are pay mortgage and dont make your neighboors hate you. and, what kind of person would hate on such a nice group of kids.??!! I mean really. look at us.

So for the month of November its just Lucia and Victoria, you know sort of getting to know each other, starting the beggining of a long and happy relationship. Then December all the other girls move in as long as everything gets sorted out at Crosswinds. Landlords I tell you----oh wait I AM ONE!!What??

I have to say, i like how regal the term "landlord" is. I feel like a rich duchess or something.

But if all goes according to plan, the other girls move in on December 1, and we is gonna be crowded!! not that we already aren't its just now we have one less bathroom and small-i mean small- rooms. Its about 800 square feet- 6 people. wowza

we are already looking into storage hacks on pinterest. But Robert and Lou have two bunk beds for us so thats a good start. and we will manage, at least we dont gotta worry about being evicted.. and in the meantime lucia is gonna ENJOY all this space.
