sorry its been so long...lucias been kind of lost this summer. Lost as in lost in life. what am i supposed to be doing, why am i spinning out so bad? god what do you want me to do??

and when you are completely and totally lost the last thing that crosses your mind is to report on the happenings cause you are too busy focusing on your own problems.
anyway, god must have gotten a hoarse voice cause finally he just had to hit me over the head for me to finally realize
so, ladies and gents- lucia is a full time college student
set to graduate DEC 2020 with teaching degree. Hooray for clarity. real clarity.

Speaking of getting hit over the head by a powerful force, wilmington is in direct target to get hit by hurricane florence. and i mean direct.
​

Lines to get gas are crazy and all of Wilmington is going crazy. There's been mandatory evacuations in Topsail beach and Wrightsville. So far the lone survivors are planning on staying here.
I mean, we are called the lone survivors for a reason.

Oh! and there is one more addition to Victoria. we cant call her a lone survivor yet... but Kenzie Kadow from Washington moved out here mid july :)

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A HURRICANE
​

1.Locate your most valuable items. Put them in a safe place.
​

2. Make your most valuable items feel comfortable and safe
Cover them in blankets so they know everything will be okay
3. Go to Home Depot before the mob gets there and get plywood and nails to cover the windows.
4. If you skipped step 3 and cannot locate the essential supplies, supplement! something is better than nothing.
cardboard and duct tape is one alternative
5. Check your surroundings. make sure your neighboors do not leave anything laying around that could potentially damage your house.
we have a sneaking suspicion that grill will end up on the back porch
6,. Gather evidence to help you decide whether to stay or leave. Different people have dramatically different opinions, so use your best judgement

As far as the girls of Victoria, Tya and Kenzie are driving to Maryland, then possibly flying out West. Lucia flies from Wilmington tomorrow morning, and Jenni is staying.

for those of you who know the sneedens, they are the most loving and caring people so she will be just fine.
