Juicy Grilled Chicken

This is the ultimate moist and juicy grilled chicken. It tastes like the grilled chicken you would get in a salad at a good restaurant. Use in any recipe that calls for chicken. 




Juicy Grilled Chicken


Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (or thighs)

4 tablespoons salt

4 cups water

4 tablespoons butter or olive oil



  1. First, its time to tenderize. Place chicken between two sheets of saran wrap and pound away using a pan. The goal is to get the chicken to be all the same thickness. 

  2. Next place the flattened chicken in a bowl. Add 4 cups of water and salt. You can let it sit in the brine for hours with less salt, but I usually go heavy on the salt and do 30 minutes. 

  3.  Melt some butter or olive oil on a pan and turn the heat to medium high. Season chicken with lawrys seasoning salt and grill until both sides look crispy. Take off the pan and let chicken sit for at least 5 minutes before cutting it up.
