Meal Plan for the week of 7/8/2024

We went to Costco on Friday, so I'm trying to do a no spend groceries week. Which should be easy after stocking up so much but turns out to be quite challenging.

For whatever reason, the rational part of my brain leaves as soon as I walk into Costco. The vacation spending mode is activated. I blame it on those big TV screens showing beautiful parts of the world. Why is it that each purchase is so fun and feels very necessary? I don't act like this at ALDI.
